V-STAND flex is here. Same stand, flat pack.

If you've been looking at the PORTO-V for a while but held off because of shipping costs, or because you only needed one stand, this is for you.

The V-STAND flex is the PORTO-V in flat pack form. Same stand, same performance, same Soundcare spikes and steel core and full adjustability. It just ships in a way that makes a lot more sense.

What's new

V-STAND flex flat pack components laid out

The PORTO-V shipped assembled — which meant a big, heavy box, high freight costs, and a significant carbon footprint just to get the stand to your door. Flat pack solves all of that. The panels nest together, the volume drops considerably, and so do the shipping footprint.

The other change is that you can now buy a single stand or a pair. Most people need two, but not everyone. If you're adding a second monitor position to an existing setup, or replacing one stand, you shouldn't have to buy a pair to do it.

Everything that made the PORTO-V what it was

The flat pack format is a packaging decision, not a product compromise. Everything that defined the PORTO-V as our flagship stand is still here.

Height and angle adjustment

The headboard adjusts from 82 cm to 124 cm in 6 cm steps, with an additional 15 mm of fine adjustment through the screw-in depth of the feet. Tilt is set at 0°, 3°, or 5° depending on your monitoring position, and the head plate rotates 90° so you can run speakers upright or on their side. Eight height settings, three angles, two orientations — you can place these in almost any room configuration and get the geometry right.

Soundcare SuperSpikes

Every V-STAND flex comes with encapsulated Soundcare SuperSpikes as standard. The spikes concentrate the stand's mass into a smaller contact area, which decouples the speaker from the floor and cleans up the low end. You get better bass definition, less low-frequency bleed from the floor into the speaker cabinet, and a more neutral picture of what's happening in your mix. It's one of the things that consistently comes up when people talk about the PORTO-V, and it's unchanged here.

Steel core base

The base contains a hand-welded steel core that adds mass and keeps the stand planted. Each stand supports up to 50 kg, so even large monitors sit without any instability. The weight is also what makes the acoustic decoupling actually work — a light stand vibrates with the speaker rather than absorbing the movement.

Cable management

Speaker cables route through a channel on the back of the stand and exit through an opening in the base, with two internal screws to hold audio and power cables in place. No exposed cables running down the stand.

Construction

Moisture-resistant MDF with the same surface finish and build quality as the PORTO-V. The head section has a rubberized, anti-slip surface so the speaker stays in place. Sustainable production throughout.

Who this is for

V-STAND flex in studio with monitors

If you're building a new studio and want stands that will last — stands you won't be replacing in two years because they started resonating or couldn't hold your monitors properly — the V-STAND flex is that product.

If you already have the PORTO-V and want to add a second position, you can now order a single stand and match what you have.

And if you've been watching the shipping costs on large assembled stands and waiting for a better option, this is it. Same quality, smaller box, lower cost to get it to you.
